CrossFit WOD and Accessory workouts
AM Classes 5:30, 8:00, 9:30
PM Classes Noon*, 4:30, 5:45
Saturday: varied dates
Weekend Workouts are generally free. Occasionally we will hold a specialty class that will have a certain cost to attend but to donate to specific charities
*NOON HOUR OPEN GYM: Can be used to make up a missed workout, do your own thing (with guidance), do the day’s scheduled workout or get guided help with other specific targeted workouts.
